The questions we are asked most.
Do I really get everything I paid today back?
The credit is $997. If you paid $1,297 for your place today, the credit is still $997. Either way you keep the day you have just completed and your certification for it. Nothing is withdrawn.
How long do I have to decide?
48 hours from the close of today's training, so your credit holds until 5pm on Tuesday 8 September. After that the Intrinsic Intensive returns to $4,689 with no credit attached.
I am not sure which date suits me yet.
Choose the option to secure your place and confirm your intake later. Your credit is locked in at the price you see today, and you can nominate any scheduled intake through to June 2027 once your diary is clear.
What support do I get once I am back in my clinic?
Your intake keeps its group chat after the course, with Isabella in it, so you can ask about a specific client or a movement that is not sitting right. You also keep 90 day access to the practice videos and your place in the Skinformé community. If you want one to one attention beyond that, a VIP support package is available through the Refinement and Results package.
How does the payment plan work?
A $500 deposit holds your place. The balance is split across five instalments, invoiced automatically between your deposit date and the start of your course. Your Signature Sculpt credit is applied to the instalments, which brings each one to $740.60.
Why is buccal not offered online?
Intra-oral work is felt rather than watched. It needs supervised, hands on correction to be delivered safely and to produce the result clients notice, which is why it is taught in person only.
