Isabella Loneragan teaching a group of practitioners around a treatment bed

One therapist is booked out.
Why not all of them?

It is not effort, and it is not your team. It is that your best treatment lives in one pair of hands instead of on your menu.

Written for the owner of a clinic with a team. Two practitioners or twenty, your name on the lease, and a diary that fills unevenly no matter how good everyone is. If you work alone in one room, this is not your page.

The two minute clinic check

How many are true of your clinic?

These are the five things clinic owners tell us are holding the diary back, ranked by how often we hear them. None of them is about how hard your team works, and every one of them is fixable. Tick what you recognise. Nothing leaves this page unless you register. The five things clinic owners tell us hold the diary back. None are about how hard your team works. Where to start

Two things worth reading first

Two short reads, both free, and one set of details covers either. Most clinic owners start with the profit guide.

The Skinformé Clinic

The clinic this method was built in.

A short menu, facial massage at the centre of every treatment, and a diary booked six months ahead.

What changed for their clinics

Same team. Same rooms. Same hours.

These are the numbers clinic owners report back to us after their team has trained. Not one of them came from seeing more clients or opening longer. The only thing that changed is what is on the menu and what it is worth.Reported by clinic owners after their team trained. Nobody saw more clients. Only the menu changed.

The Signature Sculpt Method

One day, one treatment your clinic owns

The reason results vary is that every therapist learned differently. One day in a room together fixes that: the same sequence, the same hands on correction, the same standard, taught to all of them at once.

They leave certified in sculptural lifting and lymph shifting, with a treatment that goes on the menu at a price, and clients who book the clinic rather than one person in it.

  1. Sculptural LiftingParis trained lifting, jaw definition and contouring.
  2. Lymph shifting and drainageSequences that reduce puffiness and give the clarity clients rebook for.
  3. The science behind itThe anatomy underneath the method, and why it works.
  4. Launch and growth planHow to price, position and launch it from day one.
  • $50 to $150+ per facialGraduates report a 60% price rise within four weeks.
  • One standard across the teamTrain them together and results stop varying by therapist.
  • A treatment you ownParis trained technique the clinic down the road cannot offer.
  • A way in to private trainingThe gateway to in clinic training at your location.

Beyond the Signature Sculpt

Private training for your whole team

Already trained yourself, and want the whole floor delivering the same treatment to the same standard? Private training is arranged on request, in your clinic or ours.

  • Built around your menu, not a standard curriculum
  • Your team trained together, so results stop varying by therapist
  • Dates, format and pricing quoted after a conversation

Common questions

The questions clinic owners ask

If your question is not here, a course advisor will answer it on a free thirty minute call. Book a call with our course advisor.

Both, and in that order. Owners come first so the standard is set from the top. Private training is how the rest of the team follows.
That is the most common thing clinic owners tell us. The difference is that this produces a treatment you put on the menu at a price, not a certificate. If it does not reach the menu, it has not worked.
Because a facial is a category and a signature treatment is a reason to choose you. This is the second one.
Some will, as with any training. What stays is the method on your menu and the clients who booked for it. That is why it belongs to the clinic rather than to one pair of hands.

Where to start

Start with either one. Both are free.

Read the guide, run the framework on your own numbers, and decide from there. Nothing here asks you to commit before you have seen how Isabella Loneragan thinks.
